Ci vogliono 972 giorni per una causa di divorzio nel distretto di Bari e 900 giorni per farla a Messina. Sono alcuni dati contenuti nella relazione preparata dal primo presidente della Cassazione, Vincenzo Carbone. In media, una causa di divorzio in tribunale dura 678 giorni nelle Isole, 693 nel Sud, 781 nel Centro e 571 nel Nord. Giustizia ancora piu' lenta in materia di separazioni giudiziali.

(ANSA) - ROMA, 29 GEN - Uno 'scandalo conosciuto ed evitabile': cosi' Diego Sabatinelli, Segretario della Lega Italiana per il Divorzio Breve, commenta quanto riferito dal primo presidente della Cassazione, Vincenzo Carbone, per cui ci vogliono 972 giorni per una causa di divorzio nel distretto di Bari e 900 giorni per farla a Messina.
'Come evitabile - aggiunge Sabatinelli - e' l'ingolfamento della macchina della giustizia con l'assurdita' del doppio giudizio, separazione e divorzio, per ottenere lo scioglimento del vincolo coniugale in tutti i casi, anche quando vi sia totale consenso tra i coniugi. Una vergogna tutta italiana alla quale si puo' porre immediatamente termine con la riforma in discussione attualmente nella Commissione Giustizia della Camera. Se solo ci fosse il buon senso di evitare la separazione legale in tutti quei casi ove non c'e' necessita''.
